4. I want to place an order, how should I do so?
Before placing an order an account must be set up. Setting up an account may be done by simply open an account online. Click here to open an account.
Orders can be placed over web site, by fax.

If you would like to place an order in person, please come to our office and one of our sales persons would gladly assist you.

 

5. Do your products come with a warranty?

Warranty and Limited Liability
I. Orange Technology makes no representation of warranty or implied warranty. Buyers further agree that Orange Technology will not be held liable for consequential damage to systems or components internal or external. Buyer accepts full responsibility for use of said products.

II. Orange Technology does not warrant any Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products in any way against workmanship defects or defective performance. Recourse for OEM product(s) should be pursued with the respective OEM product manufacturer(s).

 

III. Orange Technology warrants all the compatible and remanufactured product types that it distributes for a period of 12 0 days from the date of invoice:
a. Compatible, or remanufactured toner
 

IV. The compatible product types listed in #III are warranted against out-of-box defects in workmanship and materials. Orange Technology however, reserves the right to determine correct storage, handling and installation, as well as proof of purchase.

V. The compatible product types listed in #III are guaranteed to perform in accordance with the OEM's specifications for copy quality and product life. Should a warranted product fail to perform according to the foregoing, Orange Technology will replace it at no charge upon verification of defective performance. Under this guarantee, Orange Technology’s liability shall be limited as stated above, and shall not extend to any secondary or consequential damage or loss.

VI. The foregoing warranties #IV and #V are Orange Technology’s only warranties for the listed compatible products. All warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby excluded.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Orange Technology does not ship internationally.
All shipping must be prepaid by the customer.

 

7. I have ordered from you, when can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders placed before 4p m (pacific stander time) , will be shipped out the same day providing that the item is in stock. Click here for a FedEx map.


8. I live within driving distance, can I pick up my order at your office?
Yes, orders may be picked up from our office and please give us a call at 1-855-9ORANGE before you come.

Returns and Payments

 

10. What are your company's payment methods?
Orange Technology gladly accepts the following:
Visa , Master, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

All invoices must be paid in full. In case of credit memo, please verify the correct invoice to be applied to with our Accounts Receivables department (A/R).


11. My product is damaged, what do I do?
I. Customers must inspect each delivery via FedEx for any possibility damages and shortages before giving clear receipt.

II. All damages and shortages from FedEx , and/or other freight carriers must be reported to Orange Technology within 2 business days.

12. I would like to return an item, what are your company's returns policies?
For OEM Products:

  • No Refunds, Store Credit only*
  • Return for store credit within 30days *
  • Restocking Fee to be applied*

 

For Compatible/Remanufactured Products:

  • Return for a full refund within 60days*
  • Return for store credit within 120days*
  • Restocking Fee to be applied*

 

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED WITH A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

Return for a full refund within 30days- Items must be returned to Orange Technology within 30days of the invoiced day.

Return for a full refund within 60days- Items must be returned to Orange Technology within 60days of the invoiced day.

Return for full refund within 120days- Items must be returned to Orange Technology within 120ays of the invoiced day.

If unused and the product is in its original packaging, re-sellable condition, and if approved to be returned, a 10% minimum restocking fee will be charged.

(*)All returns must be in the original packaging and original condition without writing on or having been tampered with the manufacturer’s box. If the following conditions are not complied with, Orange Technology shall not grant any credits/refund.

 

  • No tape of any kind on the original package or product
  • No writing or markings on the original package or product
  • No Shipping labels on the original package or product
  • All packaging must be in its original state and condition
  • All return items must be shipped in appropriate packaging
  • All returns items must be shipped in their original box and with additional/appropriate protective materials.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.

 

Received Wrong Product or Damage product

Orange Technology is not responsible for any products sent to us that are past our warranty period or not ordered from our company or not in re-sellable condition. If we receive products that do not qualify for a refund or replacement, they will be sent to a recycling center. Thank you.
